Reduce clutter and keep Parkdale clean! Our Parkdale Community Cleanup event on Sun, Apr 26 from 9 am to 2 pm will help residents safely dispose of household items that do not fit in their garbage cart, keeping our neighbourhood cleaner and more tidy. See below for a list of items the City does and does not accept.
And how about this? Bring us your bottles, cans and old electronics and we can cash them in with the Electronics Roundup Recycling and Skip the Depot fundraising programs!
Finally, we are proud to support the work WINS does in our city! Please check out this urgent call for donations - issued March 16, 2026 - for items deemed "essential goods." We'll have an area designated for WINS items.
