And if you're in the market for affordably priced gear, make sure to come to the Parkdale Community Center on Sep 26, possibly the 27th depending on sales.

The Ward 7 Office of Councillor Myke Atkinson invites you to take part in a Community Ideation Session hosted in partnership with the Montgomery Community Association.

This session is designed to gather community driven ideas and priorities to help guide how Ward 7 communities grow and evolve over the next few years.

Our community has done some truly wonderful work to make the Parkdale Community Garden a place of beauty, fellowship and volunteerism.

There is still work to be done! Please join us Sat, Sep 19 to celebrate your achievement and get ready for next year.

PARENT AND CHILD ART NIGHT

What if your kid could see their big emotion like anger or sadness as something separate from themselves? Not "I AM angry." But "I HAVE anger, and it needs something."

That shift changes everything.

In this parent-child art night, kids draw their big feelings as monsters, then figure out what those monsters actually need. And here's a key element: you draw yours too so you both walk out with a shared experience and possibly language you didn't have before.
